Injection Stretch Blow Moulding

Capable of processing over 20 resin types—including PET, PC, PP, and Tritan—our systems are globally recognized for manufacturing premium cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and baby bottles.

Injection Stretch Blow Moulding

Ever-Power ISBM machines consolidate injection, temperature conditioning, and stretch blow moulding into a single, highly efficient automated stage.

Core Working Principle & Technology

Our flagship 4-station machines (such as the EP-150V4 and EP-250V4) operate on a highly synchronized rotary system:

  • Injection Molding Station: Raw plastic resin (PET, Tritan, PC) is melted and injected into the preform mold to create the exact neck finish and preform weight.

  • Temperature Conditioning Station (Heating/Pre-blowing): The preform is transferred via a turntable (powered by Yaskawa/WEICHI servos and Taiwan TSUNTIEN reducers). Here, the preform’s temperature is meticulously conditioned to the perfect stretch-blow profile.

  • Stretch Blowing Station: A stretch rod mechanically elongates the preform while high-pressure air (controlled by American Parker valves ) blows it into the final cavity shape, ensuring bi-axial molecular orientation for supreme strength

  • Take-out Station: The finished, blemish-free container is ejected, ready for immediate packing or filling, completely free from scratches or human contamination.

The Engineering Edge

Our machines utilize integrated control boxes for high-accuracy temperature regulation. The screw is heated by a nano-far-infrared energy-saving heating ring (10KW to 15KW), maximizing thermal efficiency.

Our 1-step Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) technology produces 100% pristine, ultra-glossy containers. By eliminating preform transit, we guarantee zero surface scratches, delivering a premium “glass-like” finish.

  • Top Applications: Perfume bottles, thick-wall PMMA/PETG cream jars, premium shampoo containers, and serum vials.

  • Recommended Model: EP-150V4-EV (Perfect drop-in replacement for Japanese ASB-12M moulds).

  • Core Advantages: Zero scratches, perfect neck finish for high-end pumps, and flawless heavy-wall molding capability.

Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare

Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare

Patient safety requires absolute contamination control. Our “melt-to-bottle” 1-step process occurs in a single enclosed cycle, ensuring the internal cavity of the container is inherently sterile and GMP/FDA compliant.

  • Top Applications: Sterile eye drop bottles, cough syrup vials, IV fluid containers, and pill/vitamin jars.

  • Recommended Model: EP-250V4-B (Direct replacement for AOKI 250 moulds, ideal for high-cavity pharmaceutical molds).

  • Core Advantages: Inherent “melt-to-bottle” sterility, zero human contact, and high-pressure clamping for leak-proof, child-resistant neck threads.

Baby products and food and beverages

Baby Products, Food & Beverages

Meet the strictest food-safety standards while maintaining high-speed production. Our ISBM machines are specifically engineered to process high-temperature, BPA-free resins (like Tritan) and handle large-format wide-mouth food jars.

  • Top Applications: BPA-free Tritan baby feeding bottles, wide-mouth peanut butter/honey jars, and reusable sports water bottles.

  • Recommended Models: EP-250V4-B (For Tritan/PPSU processing) & EP-650V4 (For wide-mouth jars up to 140mm neck).

  • Core Advantages: High-temperature resin mastery, massive clamping force for wide-mouth geometries, and up to 40% energy savings by eliminating secondary reheating.
